Riot
Unlike old Angel. I'm a riot at a party. I know how to let loose. Know how to have fun. Know how to kick it old school. But that's another topic.
Anyhow, I like every kind of riot there is. Unlike some, I like noisy, violent public disorder. I like a good ruckus caused by a crowd of blokes wantin' to do there own thing. Stand up for what they believe in.
Far as I'm concerned. Bein' a vampire and all. And havin' a not so warm and cuddly demon in me. Let's just say that my inner demon has never had a problem disturbin' the public peace. Or causin' trouble where ever I gone. Even more so back in my soulless days. Back in the old days I caused more than my share of riots. While, Angelus and Darla wasn't too happy 'bout all the trouble I caused. Dru didn't mind. Given that I was young and reckless. I didn't care 'bout the risks or ramifications of my actions. And like I told them. We could handle any angry mob. Plus it helped keep unlife a little more interestin'.
So I've never had a problem with riots. Matter of fact, I found some to be the most excitin' times of my entire existence. For example, back in 1900, an uprisin' against western influence took place in China. It was called the Boxer Rebellion. All the poor sods that got killed wasn't too fond of it. But for me, Angelus, Darla, and Dru. It was a blast. It was a chance to prove just how good a vampire I was. I took advantage of that historical event to kill my first Slayer. And earn a ton of respect in the demon community.
Then many years later. July 13th, 1977 to be a bit more specific. When a huge blackout plunged New York into riotin'. I loved the chaos after the lights went out in the Big Apple. The panic and fear in the air was delicious. While Dru was off havin' some fun on her own. I took a once in a lifetime opportunity to kill another Slayer. And got a really cool leather jacket to boot. So it was all good.
So I've found riots to be good times to do bad things. Seein' that I'm not bad anymore. Am thinkin' that any future riots I happen to experience won't be as much fun as the past ones. That is bad for my demon. But not so bad for any slayers who might have some worries 'bout me offin' them when the power goes out.
