Come out and show your support for pedestrians in St. John's! City Council needs to know that we think sidewalk clearing is NOT adequate in this city and that we need something changed before someone gets seriously hurt. We're meeting at the bus stop on Kingsbridge Road in front of the Memorial Dominion at 1 pm on Saturday, December 15. The plan right now is to walk up Kingsbridge Road to Military Road and end in Bannerman Park.
City Council *just* announced further cuts to sidewalk clearing. And no, that's not a joke.
