As hinted at many aeons ago (or perhaps it was just April), I have decided to lock comments on all the posts in this scribble journal of mine. This is partially because I was starting to feel as though I was giving people 'work' to do every time I posted, and partially because I tend to lose track of comments made on much older pieces here and

I only lock these posts as a public service - comments here are always happily received (and possibly even promptly received now that I've switched mail notifications back on) ... ;)

Is this going to tie in with 'Soulfire' somehow, or is it a completely separate universe?
-- Yep, it'll be the same world. Whenever I read back now I'm struck by the feeling my subconscious wrote a lot of the early divine stuff as a sort of fleshing-out of what sketchy 'Seeking' religion should have been - four elemental families? plane of the Dead? tish, somehow familiar ;) Still not got Nuan his deity of beer yet, though.

Am I dense, or has this not been mentioned much?
-- No, not dense, it hasn't come up for a long time ... a minor issue was made of it in 'The Iron Hold' (Calaten's from that), but that was a couple of years ago now ... yikes. There are Reshaped personnel in Dragonmakers (specifically Officer Raithe, the Ashcrofts' bodyguard) but I can't remember if that got mention in the chapters I posted or not - most of it's offline.
