Bored at work
Honestly, what kind of "lunch break" is scheduled at 4:30? I'm sitting at my little cubicle eating cake and wishing I was back in my room, asleep. The next few days are going to be lonely--almost everyone left the dorm for break. Katy & Justin were here until today, so at least I had a few people to hang out with. Sigh. Maybe I should take the opportunity to get some work done. I need to finish my short story for creative writing anyway.
Katy and I picked up a couple of apartment listing booklets while we were "koolaide" shopping last night. It occurred to me that the semester is half over and I haven't even started looking for a car, much less for an apartment for next year. I've pretty much decided that I'm going to stay in the NKY/Cincy area for the summer, but I have no idea where. I don't want to stay on campus b/c it would probably be more expensive than an apartment. Ideally, I'd like to move in somewhere where I can stay during the year as well. Can't believe I'm finally leaving C-wing. Crazy. Blah. I hate having to be an adult sometimes...
My "visitor" wasn't able to come up this week, due to a family emergency. Now I have to find some other way to vent my (sexual) frustration. ::watches Johnny Depp movies::
