The Doctor stopped his frantic waving motions in the snow and peered up at the Master who contemplated his fingernails with close scrutiny.
Scraping an infinitesimal piece of dirt out from under one of them, he flicked it casually at the supine maker of the elongated snow angel.
Squatting next to the Doctor he twirled a finger in circular motions next to his temple while whistling the theme to the Twilight Zone.*
“I do believe, Doctor, that you've finally fried the circuitry.”
The Doctor sat up sputtering. “I'm perfectly sane! Completely rational, sensible, normal,” he paused in thought.
