A/N: Just had to write something...and the Master is only trying to help.
"You are unbelievable. You can't even say three insignificant little words. I've heard you prattle-"
"I don't prattle," objected the Doctor, even as the Master waved him off and continued.
"Prattle on for hours about nonsense, and trust me I know nonsense, and here you are, standing there like a codfish sucking in nothing but air as your lips flap open and closed."
The Master exhaled slowly.
"Okay, let's try this again. After all, if you're going to say those three very important words to the woman you love; you have to at least get past 'Hello, Rose Tyler'".
