(no subject)
So I got the 20 hour contract... which meens I might actually make enough to pay the bills... wouldn't that be nice. The Larry bucks just don't add up the way I would like (I mean, who does computer tech with 6+ years of experience for $5.15/hr??). Still looking for another job. Charlote Street computing has been on and off acking about me, but I don't really know if I want to have a job where I have to think too much. It will be in the evenings after I have been at work/class all day or on the weekends where my brain goes to sleep anyways. I was thinking about Movie Gallary, but Cayce went and made a serious complaint the other day about one of their workers, and I don't want to look like I am trying to get someone fired just so I can get their job. I just want to get someone fired because they are an asshole... but taking their job would also be nice. Last night I heard that Fantasy Botique is hireing, and how hard would it be to work at a sex shop. You put tab A into slot B. I guess I would actually have to go into the shop sometime before I apply there though.
Currently on the list of host schools for Student Teaching, I am 0-1 on acceptances. Framingham State turned me down because "I haven't gone through their process, and they are affraid that I wouldn't know their system." Still waiting on UMass, but the pessamist in me is saying that they will turn me down. If that happens I don't know what will happen. I guess I will have to find more schools in the area. I guess it couldn't hurt to try Brown, but if I couldn't get into Framingham State... yeah, Brown is a little better. Well, I guess I can wait and see and cross that bridge when I get to it.
Stressed about money, stressed about student teaching, stressed about classes (actually my classes are easy, I just don't care enough to do more than the minimum to pass... I am so ready to be done with school).
