One thing you like about yourself: At my core, I have a kind, fun, yet diabolical imagination.
Strengths: speaking up despite opposition, being nice, writing stories, my expressive voice, able to talk well with strangers (this includes interviews apparently o_o), good hand-eye coordination, getting along with people older and younger than me (not as much my same age though?), eye and patience for detail
Weaknesses: gets anxious easily, gets distracted easily, being a slowpoke, being a perfectionist

Optimistic or Pessimistic: Optimist. To not be a realist is to have your head in the clouds, but being an optimist at the same time allows me to envision what I'd like to happen and then have the strength to attempt to make it so.
Outgoing or Shy: Outgoing. For sure. If I don't feel like exposing myself I won't, but if I do, watch out here I come. XD
Think before you act or do immediately?: Think before I act. I'm very careful and cautious in general.
Mean or Super nice: Super nice. I don't think I could be mean to someone without being joking about it (and even then it's only if they're being a little obnoxious).
Modest or Fucking Confident?: Ahhh....I have a prideful spirit at heart, but I act very modest. I don't like bragging; I want my accomplishments to speak for themselves. They can do a better job. :P
Long range or close range combat?: Funny. In person, the only combat I've tried is stuff like kung-fu and fencing, which are both close range. But in the RPG Tales of the Abyss, I eventually gravitated toward a character who used a bow, very much long-range attacks. I've always wanted to try archery, but I've not yet got a chance to see if I'm good at it. ^^;; Take from that what you will I suppose.
7 or 8?: ....uh, I guess 8....because there's a Chinese superstition that 8 is a lucky number? XD
Now, we have a few questions to ask you.
If you were to hang out with anyone in Souleater for a day who would it be and why?: ...I was about to say Maka, but would Shinigami-sama be an okay answer too? I've seen up to 6 eps of the show so far, btw, and from what I've seen, he seems like such a perky and quirky character for someone whose motives are so mysterious. I find him mildly fascinating. Plus, I think I'd be able to learn quite a bit of interesting stuff with him about their world and how it works, more than the others.
If you were to BE one of the Souleater kids for a day, who would you be and why?: ...Nobody, because I don't like BEING someone else (the idea creeps me out on some level), unless it's dressing up like cosplay. In the latter case, then why not Death the Kid. He's so smooth and yet spastically neurotic. He's quite amusing, and at the same time I'm really rooting for him. I think in this day and age, in higher education in some of the crazier sectors of academia, a lot of us can relate to that. XD;;
Who do you think you'll get along with and why?: I know I'd get along with Maka. Not that I'm trying to sway the results, but I find a lot in common with her. She's trying hard to become a Meister and doubts herself a lot. Yet she's pretty coolheaded and does more of the thinking, even as she's a pretty energetic (but not ditzy!) girl.
Who do you think you'll get along least with and why?: ...Huurrr. Probably Black Star. Well, at least he's the one that gets on my nerves the most when I'm watching the show (I guess a lot of people can relate). It seems like everything's always about him, and I'd feel like I couldn't get a word in edge-wise.
But I'll pause and mention that although I like Death the Kid, we might not get along well either. His symmetry neuroticism and my general anxiety might play off each other and I'd get really uptight around him. In addition, a random thing to note is that I'm not a symmetrical person (one side of my face doesn't quite match the other, and same with my legs and arms; you would never notice this unless I told you, only my mom notices this XD;; ). If he realized this (and he might, as observantly obsessive as he is), he might start getting very upset at ME. ...You can see where this is going. -_-;;
One of your friends is in trouble. You are the only one who knows where they are. Do you go tell someone and help them with a group of people, or go and rush to help them yourself?: Well, it depends on what would be quickest and most likely to save my friend from danger. If it's a danger that is relatively small but time-imperative, then I'll go myself; I should deal with it quickly since I can handle it myself. But if it's something major that will do no good with a quick but weaker response, I'll try and round up a bunch of people first, whoever's on hand. Yeah, case-by-case answer.
There's a test coming up! Oh no! What are you doing knowing there is a test coming up?[do you study, leave it, what?]: I will most definitely TRY to study for it. Most times I'll be able to do so, but if I'm really tired out, I'll try to study for a while and then realize I'm too exhausted and just go rest.
Your choice of weapon: Awwww. So hard....well, you remember my above answer to long/short range. I suppose a thin straightsword couldn't go wrong, but perhaps a big staff might work if I could do magic. Or a bow, if I actually knew how to USE one. ^^;;

Mature or Immature: Mature, I hope. I try to be as much as possible, without being a stiff. :P
Leader or Follower: Leader if necessary, follower and cooperator if I believe current directions are good.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?: Heheh, my anxiety. XD
If you could keep one thing about yourself and change the rest, what would it be?: my imagination. I would dearly miss my diligence, but I suppose that would be a different kind of life, I'd certainly not be myself anymore but it would be interesting.
Forgiving or Grudge holding?: ...Toughie. I don't hold grudges, but if something bad was done to me by someone and they never show me they're sorry about it, I probably will always remember it. It doesn't mean, however, that I will enact revenge; historically I haven't done anything that wasn't an immediate retaliation.
Suggestions on how to improve this community ==;;?
* I think it would be cool if you guys announced your new stampees on mod posts every so often. It's done at some other comms and I find it gives more of an atmosphere of solidarity and inclusion (at the risk of sounding sappy :P)
* Also more of a question than suggestion but when are you going to recycle themes? Did you have anything in mind about that? I found at other comms where previous themes are allowed in the later part of the month when the new theme is simmering down it works out well. Alternatively having make-up months also does the trick but that may get hard when you guys have more past themes. But apparently it's still allowed to do so with permission...would you mind having a 'request access' post or something for themes, so it doesn't seem so...clandestine? XP
* One last thing: do you guys have a post or someplace to suggest themes? I have a few ideas but I don't want to bury them inconveniently in an app. XP
