And the Sun Shines Again...
So last Wednesday I had my team meeting that I was all worried about it. Weirdly enough my suspicions were right and the meeting was horribly scary. By the end I was crying and no conclusion was made. A little later in the day I got a call that I was removed from my placement though it didn't really seem as if there was an explanation for it. I was hysterical. I was requested to go to ISU for a meeting with the department head of the special education department. The meeting was close to 2 hours. The first 1 and a half there still seemed to be no resolution for what had happened. By the end I knew the ball was in my court. I brought up something about me telling my cooperating teacher that I was gay. Everything changed from that point on. Everything made sense. Indeed I did trust the wrong person and didn't trust my ISU professors. The chaos ended with me getting a call saying I was still in the ISU special ed program and that they are going to find me a new placement. It was a horribly emotional 3 days and I'm just happy it's over.
In other news, in celebration of my future not being destroyed I decided to go out and party. I met someone as usual. His name is Bryan. Cute guy...fun to dance with. We exchanged numbers. The next night I was going into the city with Jim and Rob so I decided to call Bryan and see what he was up to. He was going to the exact same bars that we were going to...Roscoes and Sidetrack. So we all met up and Bryan and I danced and talked again. He asked to make plans for last night and I wasn't doing anything so I went with it. After work we met up at Olive Garden and then had dinner. Afterwards we went to hunters and sat in the patio area and talked. We started to make out and he was getting tired so we decided to leave. As we were driving back he asked if I wanted to go back to his townhouse. I thought about it and then said sure. I knew what i was getting myself into but I didn't really care. My sex drive was through the roof anyway. We got back to his townhouse and we were listening to music and then we got to messing around. It ruled...I can't deny that. He's very sensual which is also awesome. Long story short...I had a good night and we are going to see each other again.
The sun is shining again in all areas of my life. OOOOOhhhh child, things are going to get easier...oooooo things will get brighter....
