[Beat'll move over to the tree and scale it, being careful on his way up and over, to not jostle the guy too much. He tugs a pocket knife he found and sharpened out of his pants to begin cutting away at the rope, a determined look on his face]

[Johannes has pulled himself up, tensed his shoulders, watching Beat and the rope closely in anticipation of the rope actually separating.]

[Beat will be making small 'grrrr' noises as he saws at the rope, tongue out a little in concentration even, until at last the rope gives away before his almighty onslaught and he gives a victory cheer of "YO!"]
