At the Big Meeting, realising that they REALLY want to be associated with us. Shame they have no budget for this year. They gave the impression of being people who would be fun to work with, and who would bring a lot to the partnership. The ball is back in their court now, so we wait to see what they will counter-offer. eeek!
Wonderful Spring weather again. I just love Spring. It makes me smile to feel the warmth of the sun and to actually see everything again because we have more than a couple of hours of daylight, and there is real light during that time, not just cloudy dreichness.
Listening to Radio 4 for hours. Hours and hours, all the way from London to Edinburgh (including a wee bit of school run heading out of London, and a couple of tailbacks for roadworks and then a big traffic jam for an accident just south of Manchester - horrid smell of burning, and petrol and then a car upside down straddling two lanes. Scary). Anyway - it was a 9 hour journey today. And now I’m tired and will switch off and go to bed. See more progress on: make a list of the ups of each day for one year
