Going to our old osteopath. He’s such a star. And R was MUCH better when she’d seen him… and seemed to be cheered by the fact he said he’d never seen her back in such a bad way before.

Watching Apocalypto - great movie.
The rest of the day was rather over-shadowed by a miserable evening. I cried lots. R got angry with me because I was upset (and she perceives that as me blaming her for ‘everything’). I then get more upset because I’m being shouted at (and on this occasion had to pull off the road as I couldn’t drive through it). I wish it wasn’t like this.
