If confirmed, the 52-episode Blood+ anime (TV-MA/V on Adult Swim) may be dubbed into Tagalog, which might be a good thing, but otherwise I may have to sit through the English dub.
Sinong aayaw sa dalagita na pumapatay ng aswang... este, Chiroptera? This show might wean you away from Twilight LOL.

And I shake my head at the reactions at ANN, who seem to have little understanding about what's going on outside of anime, especially in global economics.

Highest Form of Stupidity (or Coexistence Isn't In Their Dictionary): Two fansub groups (I'm not gonna name both of them) are still engaged in a war, dissing over translation accuracy, altering their group ratings at AniDB, and a past altercation over a deletion issue, makes them bigger targets and look real stupid for the rest of the subbing community -- and a laughingstock for the ANN habitues who are known rabid anti-piracy/anti-fansubbing fans.
No surprises if one group resorts to denial-of-service attacks to destroy another.
