Game! Dec 08-Jan 09 Issue

Must find a copy of this... DAMN!

By the way, I also got the October 08 issue, the one with my "bosses" -- the GMs in there. And on the other hand, this year e-Games' parent company IPVG is set to use some different measures and to curb their acquisition spree -- no new online games for now in the current global economic crisis.

From GamePolitics: idiot player calls Blizzard service rep with a fake suicide attempt, then idiot is arrested. GMs, watch out for dickwads like these when they call you up.

Also from GP: a report on a "Kick Nasser" game, parodizing Masiu Mayor Nasser Pangandaman, Jr. who got involved in a sensational golf course bruhaha -- the equivalent of accusations of in-game griefing. Actually we'd like a detailed official police report rather than biased information regarding the incident.

Too late to get hold of this news, because I was focused on other things, especially with a different subject matter that does not concern with politics or someone’s stupidity.

I read the blog from the alleged victim, and then told myself that whoever blogs an incident and accuses their enemy has the first shot in information warfare; before the Pangandamans could counterreact, their public image has been damaged greatly, carpet-bombed by the blogosphere, shaped by the initial impression made by the recounted incident of the victim involved. It’ll take them some time to recover their reputation before the public could forget this incident.

I read the other comments, counter-comments, accusations and counter-accusations, all the dirty skeletons dragged out of the closet, the idiotic trolling, and I shook my head; I’ll be having a hard time accepting those statements, one way or another possibly slanted for the purposes of either aggrieved party.

Until we finally get a notarized statement, officially checked over, the allegations will remain questionable for me, but sadly it’ll be accepted as truth by most people.

TL;DR, didn't noticed the dela Paz-Pangandaman bruhaha... too focused on Maria-sama ga Miteru Season 4. xD
