Okay, so I'm downloading my boss' request for a Carpenters album and everything seems to be going well. Damn, it's so quiet in here.
My workstation has been finally stabilized with a RX55/Memory Write Queue (MWQ) timer patch (called "nv4loopfix", which works only for older VIA mobo chipsets -- and apparently never been included in the latest VIA Hyperion chipset drivers; this machine had an AMI BIOS dating back to 2003) to make sure the ECS mobo and the FX5200 video card don't fight each other over the queue.
Last night was a small session of Ran Online, just playing a bit, laying waste to hordes and talking to the troops. And as usual the EGF had its share of desperate merchants, camwhores, temper tantrums, trolls and a copypasta dumbf**k made of epic fail who thought it kewl to be like Xerex Xaviera (sex story author of the local tabloid Abante). This isn't EGF; it's more like friggin' /b/ in 4chan.org.
Now the only thing I'm missing, and because I'm working a 8-12 schedule, is Hero TV and a decent cup of coffee...
