This might be a few months old, but this here article is about Marty Friedman (former axeman of Megadeth and did the guitar sequence in the most recent Marimite Season 3 installment -- "Ciao, Sorella").
Jawdropping, but hey, it's his dig right now. OBTW, I find the coincidence of surnames (and works) rather amusing, about that guy and this great American advocate of shoujo taking on the same episode/volume.
