Very interesting take on Aguirre's attitude, seems like he's more mad that Jack and Ennis are not doing their jobs and not doing enough for each other either!

I have to say, I don't know what to think of this tender, almost poignant side of Aguirre yet :P but there's a man behind every man, right?
