skydiving analogy =)
oh.. forgot to add smth.. today on the way to tuition i was thinkin bout somethings in the car.. hmm came out with an analogy likening getting an A grade to reaching the edge of a cliff.
kk just brought my dinner upstairs so i cld finish writing this =) my dinner's super-sweet oats! feel like drinking condensed milk lol.. nice =D my LJ is really becoming like an extension of myself into which i'll pour everything that's going on in my head.. n e best thing is.. no one can search for this blog. i tried before, on google.. haha.. =)

yep so.. i was thinking that y'know since A is the pinnacle, lik the ultimate highest.. so all the grades towards there are like climbing to the top. even the figure A itself is like the point on a mountain.. yep.. so since for my chem i got juz a mark away frm A.. so i was thinking.. man, i was so close to the edge of that cliff.. just one more step and i'd be able to dive off into the clouds. cuz our goal here is to go sky-diving. lol. the ultimate plunge, wldnt u say? think of it this way: our schooling is like the training course for sky-diving. all our lives we've trained for this epic moment where we'll climb to the cliff atop the highest mountain in the world (even higher than Everest) and we'll dive off it. that's the test. so now.. it's to see whether you got the strength and determination to climb all the way up there.. and jump off. gettin Bs, Cs and Ds is like climbing climbing and giving up 3/4 of the way.. only those who really work for their As will reach the pinnacle.. and dive off. so for my chem, i reached the edge of the cliff.. but i din dive off. im standing on the edge of the cliff knowing i can't jump off. yeah. so i was telling myself in the car that.. i wanna reach the edge, and i wanna jump. im gonna climb, claw and crawl my way up there. no giving up halfway, baby. no resting on rocks. as it is im alr having it easier.. imagine those peeps with 4 'A's and S paper.. imagine how mani times they gotta make the ascent. for S paper, they even gotta do aerial stunts on the way down la! yeah.. i onli gotta climb 4 times.. i cant give up. i gotta jump. i have to!
for this 'A' levels i dont wanna see any curves in my result slip.. lol.. no curves please. =p what e hell do i mean? go figure! x)
