Yeah, that's my knee-jerk reaction, but I don't know how else to react to guys who knowingly expose others to the virus. Knowingly engaging in any risky behavior that could result in the deaths of other people needs to be punished.

Of course, I would never want ALL HIV+ people to be punished. Accidents happen. Bad choices can be made in the heat of the moment. My issue is with those who make a lifestyle out of it.
