Credits to spacecat on Bleach Asylum, but I took the images from Mangahelpers...
It's only my bad memory, or the captain between Shunsui and Unohana is still to be known? At first glance, I would say it's the uncle of Jii-sama's vice-captain... :D
Edit #1: As pointed out, it may be a Kuchiki family member, I don't have time to scroll all the chapters and find the Kuchiki meeting when Rukia got adopted but the theory could be really fine.
Edit #2: Captains are positioned so that the even numbers (2,4,6,8) are on the left, and the odd numbers are on the right (3,5,7,9,13). 10th is dead, 11th is missing, 1st is the boss :P
