Would the theater/performing arts center be open to ballet? I doubt Fakir would just volunteer, but it would be exceedingly likely that Mr. Cat would bully him into it.

Yes! I actually just hit up Cat-mun's post since they mentioned starting up a studio! I was thinking that maybe they could work together to get both up since Rise has the money and Mr. Cat has the experience and they could put have performances at the theater :3

They are now living in the same building/floor now that she is partnered! So maybe we can say that they sometimes dine together? Just an assumed, handwaved sort of thing, but maybe every now and then when something significant pops up in their loves we can actually play out the discussion? :3
