My co-workers are gonna kill me...

So Yesterday I showed up to work and found my buddy Eason waiting at my kiosk for me.  So we hopped in the kids play area and sat and chatted about the river rafting trip with the group last weekend, and then he said we need more crazy adventures.  Of course I agreed and then he told me his amazing ideas:

1) Cancun - 2 week from now, he is staying there for 2 weeks, but if I can get one of the twins up there then I'll probably only stay for about a week at best, most likely 4 days. Cheap trip, all we need is the flight, we have a place to stay (with eason) and food to eat (we eat easons food. He needs to lose weight anyway) lol.  The only bad side: if i cant get the twins to come with me, i probably wont come at all because I dont wanna fly alone, also im not a fan of being the only girl in the group of guys when a sleepover is involved. It just causes problems.  The final problem is my co-workers who overheard the cancun plans and FLIPPED at me because apparently school is more important. And no matter how much Eason and I argue that the first 2 weeks of school don't really count, they think its irresponsible of me to just pack up and leave like that. (I think its irresponsible NOT to go! how many chances do i have to go to cancun, spur of the moment with my best friends?)

2) The island:  Ok, so we know that the group is disbanding soon, partly because the twins are moving to the island. IDEA! Why doesnt the GROUP go to the ISLAND?!  BRILLIANT! (I know what you're thinking... BRILLIANT!)  So when the twins move to the island later this month, we're all going up with them for about 4 days.  All we pay for is the gas, our food for the weekend and the ferry ride over.  We will stay with the twins, and probably bring over 10-13 members of the group with us.  From there we will paint their apartment, help build them furniture (or buy them furniture) play some football with them, and introduce ourselves to all of the bars in the area!  Problems include: not enough room in the apartment for all of us once we buy the furniture... we may have to leave the place unfurnished until we all leave.  Also Im still not a huge fan of group sleepovers... although this one isnt sketchy like the last time we went camping and it was 5 guys in a tent and me squished in the middle.  Too many guys touching me at once = not a good thing!! So hopefully I can call dibs on a bed (haha should be safe on a TWIN sized bed. teehee)

3) Tourist day!:  Its always fun playing the tourist in a city you lived in your whole life.  here's the scoop.  Eason and I plan on bringing some members of the group out to vancouver to do all the things we have either never done, or never do enough of.  We will take pictures everywhere we go, skytrain or bus to random locations, and spend the night in some cheap sketchy hostle in vancouver.  Very freakin sweet.  No problems with this adventure!

Those are the adventure plans, of course there are others like the grouse grind and a weekend at whistler, which we have to fit in somewhere between our "days of the week", but we'll figure it out.  Im so glad to have the group back.  I went crazy without them this weekend, and apparently they missed me too :).

I BOOKED MY TICKET TO MEXICO!  Thats right, Im going.  gotta take 3 planes to get to my destination, gonna live in the jungles of mexico and gotta get a million and a half shots against diseases I've never even heard of, but Im stoked!  $2000 just for my flight, which is a deal compared to all the other flight plans to get there.  I know you'll all miss me! =D Leaving this december!  (gotta make that clear, otherwise my co-workers will kill me thinking that the ticket I booked is for Cancun in 2 weeks, where I'll be missing school =P)
