Just a bit over a year ago I apped to SC on a whim and a shiny new muse, and as luck would have had it, I somehow found myself accepted into the game. Thus from there marked what can possibly be the prelude to the most challenging part of my life yet, be it in RP as well as RL. Just this year alone I've dropped from school, got my appendix burst in Thailand and almost lost my life in the process and... well, seven months down from that fateful April day, things have been slowly picking up. I've restarted schooling in a field I'm actually good at, got myself into a top scholar programme, won a scholarship and in two weeks I'll be packing myself to attend the first of possibly three leadership camps that might one day land me a conference in USA if I am lucky enough.
Suffice to say, with school and RL now starting to pick up on me massively, its time I have to let go of RP - or at least, on the public scene. As anyone might have easily noticed, these days my drive to RP is pretty much a big fat zero. Being boggled down by a combination of mostly school and RL commitments (plus my refreshed passion for writing) has left me far too busy and tired to actually commit myself to RP. While this is a hard decision to make, I do have to admit that I can no longer continue to put in my 100% commitment to RP, and at this point I'll just be sitting on my characters and not giving a chance to others out there who'll do far better than what I have done during my 16 months in this game.
So as of this moment getyourgunson, thirteenthace, itsnotstupei and snaketempter will be going back to their respective worlds via BREW. I didn't really have the time to arrange anything, so for the characters who were close to mine, feel free to leave a comment here and we can work out if any of my muses left anything for yours. callmecrona will, of course, be up for apping once more, so anybody who wants to play her/him as an NPC, please do so and make the mods happy.
As some final parting words I'd like to thank you all at SC for making this my final game to be in - its been one hell of a ride, and I'm really glad to have been part of this fantastic game. To all my castmates in SenBasa, Ace Attorney, SMT, Good Omens and the SC NPC team, thank you all for having put up with me all this time and putting up with my fail. A special thanks to the mod team for working so hard behind the scenes to make this game so worthwhile and wonderful, and a bigger thanks to wonderful people like Becci, Michele, Kae and Geoff for having supported me immensely when I needed it the most.
Stay cool, SC, and always be awesome. With luck, perhaps one day I shall rejoin the game in a blaze of glory or something like that.
