He's just going to arrest Ryoki and that's it, really! I mean, he'd find Ryoki very disturbing from the get-go so it's unlikely that CR will happen or will it? Who knows.
Maybe we could have our own log and we'll just put up links to each other's logs on the ones we're both setting up?
And Alucard is a responsible(?) adult. We'll be fine. :|b
The stuff under The Things section are the stuff we're allowed to find out about, right? Who/what kind of people know those things? How much does Franziska have to rough them up for them to answer-- *cough* IDK about you guys but I'm non-violent rly.
/nods there will be a lot of you going to participate, so I thought a separated log would be the best as well. You guys set it up (the log I mean)?
and YES, "The Things" are what the agency will find, mostly. Ryoki isn't a mastermind, there isn't much else. The bar owners will be able to answer all that. Probably customers too. (you can still rough them up seriously)
Leaving this comment here in case anyone needs to poke me about Agency shenanigans!
When the time comes, Near will post about shenanigans, including security camera footage-- filtered to the Agency, the Watch, and Shibusen. ICly, and to justify the lack of any action towards Ryoki's violence towards others, we are considering that a) any violence has taken place inside bars, so no cameras were in place, b) the owners of said bars did not press charges / just kicked him out, so technically there was nothing that agency/watch could have done. In this event, the violence on Ryoki's part finally escalated enough for him to drag two guys outside to finish them off.
tl;dr: violence escalates and he is finally caught on camera. Hooray!
welp I don't think he does. :|a he can / is going to connect the surveillance system to the communicators of those involved in this, though, so that they get a live feed and explanation of ryoki's movements? it's the only way he can actually track them.
