OMG!!! EEEEWWWWW!!!
EDIT: (sorry tried to put this after the cut, but I couldn't get past it) OMG! I was in his old office today and noticed that I could barely see the numbers on the phone because they were covered with black gunk! EEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!
So, I've been moving a lot of office at work. Yes! Not only am I the SysAdmin, but also the furniture mover, and office cleaner. After I move someone out of an office, I clean the furniture and stuff before I move the new person in. These people never dust or clean.
So, I've got an empty desk which has an odd black mark on it. It looks like a burn mark, but it comes off with cleaner, so it's not a burn. The former office occupant stops by and I mention the strange black mark. To which he responds . . .

He says, "yeah, that's where my hand goes when I use the mouse."
