Description: While Yuuri is beginning to believe that Wolfram's returned home, he gives one last search for his friend. During his investigation, though, the young Maou manages to run into none other than Japan.
Everyone seemed to believe that Wolfram had been sent back to Shin Makoku, and Yuuri wasn't entirely certain what to make of that. Sure, he wanted nothing more than to get everyone else home, but to have Wolfram disappear in such a way left him feeling as though he wasn't doing enough to protect those around him. Besides, there was always the small chance that Wolfram was still somewhere here, and he would be damned if he was going to ever give up his search just yet. Wolfram meant too much to him, just like all of his other friends, and it was the least that he could do.
Glancing up at the apartment building, Yuuri peered at it with curiosity at first before his gaze narrowed in determination. Wolfram might have been staying with him for most of the time, but he had to see if there really was nothing left in his friend's room. He could do this. Besides, it wouldn't hurt to have one more look throughout the building in case he happened to find his friend, right? Muscles tensing with purpose, the young Maou marched his way through the front doors.
He could see some of the others around who had been trapped here like him, and the young Maou hoped that he would find his friend somewhere along the other floors. Yuuri's thoughts paused in that moment, and he wondered if he was sounding more like a stalker. Ack! That was the last thing he needed... No! Shaking his head, Yuuri's determination returned. Wolfram was a friend, and he knew that the others would go to just as far for him had he been the one who was lost.
When he didn't find any sign of his friend, Yuuri ran his way across the large foyer area before he pushed open the doors leading to the stairs and began running up each flight. He ran up to each floor before heading out and having a quick look to see if there was any sign of Wolfram. When there wasn't, the young Maou would return to the staircase and continue upwards.
It was lucky that he'd done all that training for baseball and had kept up with his fitness in Shin Makoku, since Yuuri knew he would have been out of breath as he ran up to yet another floor. Who knew that running up all of those stairs and all throughout the lands would actually come in handy like this? Ack! No, he couldn't let himself get distracted like this!
Shaking his head to rid himself of the distracting thoughts, the young Maou burst through the door leading to the next level.
