Description: England and Hong Kong share a quiet moment together.
There, that was enough. England decided he would turn off his PDA for now. He'd already addressed the Network, so he'd done what he wanted to do that morning. Perhaps later he would go check on the cafe, see if it was still standing. Maybe visit Prussia. And Japan. And everyone else who was in Winry's clinic. He rubbed his forehead as he got to his feet and shuffled into the kitchen. For now, he would make tea.
Hong Kong had headed off to the clinic earlier that morning, actually. And so England had the apartment to himself again. He put on a kettle of hot water and then moved to look in the refrigerator. Shopping was another thing he would need to do today. It was a strange thing to eat every day and still feel hungry. There were a lot of things that were strange about being human. Dealing with new emotions. Relationships. Death. England sighed and closed the door.
It was not good for him to be alone, as much as he liked his solitude. Being alone caused England's mind to wander. At least when Prussia was around, he was very distracting. But now, all the countries were branching out and making friends with the other members of Death City (even China!), and England felt very... detached. The countries weren't countries here. England was beginning to not feel like England at all. And these thoughts were what he struggled with on a daily basis. It had only been a couple months since his arrival, but it felt like years since he'd been home.
