His hours at the clinic had been both refreshing and strange. The whole Shibusen business was still very new to him, and weird stuff just kept on coming. The authorities seemed silent as well, and if they DID know things, they certainly weren't saying much.
It was for that reason, and others, that Roy had called on Armstrong once again. He wasn't exactly the major that he was familiar with, but watching him on the network had proven that there probably wasn't much of a difference between that man and the man Roy knew from his own world. He was willing to take a risk and find out.
As such, Roy was back in his own apartment, munching on the churros Antonio had given him, nursing a cigarette. Waiting.
