Description: Sai and Naruto have some catching up to do. On all the things.
The past few days have been a blur.
And blur was putting it lightly.
His attention has been pulled in every direction imaginable, and even by Naruto's standards, he'd been feeling stretched thin. Which meant that by the time he wandered through the restaurant's door, the shinobi barely warranted an upward glance. It wasn't Ichiraku by any means, but he'd spent enough nights at the place's wobbling tables to establish himself as a regular. Even if it wasn't home, it was still a comforting reminder- and subsequently the first place Naruto sought out for catching up.
The blond has taken the liberty of ordering for both of them regardless, and from his perch in the back of the dimly lit building, his gaze stays on the door. Waiting for Sai to poke his head through.
