Description: Saber runs into the very last person she expected to see. And nearly the very last person she wanted to.
Saber was more than a little worried.
BREW had brought her to Death City nearly six months ago, and she had been the only Servant it had called in all this time. The only other person it had brought from her world was a girl she had not recognised, the magus identifying herself as Tohsaka Rin. She had recognised the family name, at least; it was the name of the Master of a Servant she hoped would never be summoned by BREW.
It had seemed at first that Arturia would be the only Servant the strange 'artefact' saw fit to summon, which was just as well. The only other Servant she had been somewhat amiable to had been Lancer, and there was no telling if he would retain his resentment towards her because of the actions of her Master. Though her ultimate goal of saving her kingdom by undoing her legend remained, Saber found this short break from the Holy Grail War to be agreeable enough. She would save her people one day, but she couldn't resent Shibusen for enlisting her temporary help; it was a worthy cause to lend her proverbial sword to, a noble enough cause that she could temporarily set aside her wish to come to their aid. She was, after all, a knight.
The problem was that BREW had just summoned another Servant: Rider. Though the artefact somehow sealed a Servant's abilities, Iskander had the potential to cause problems. But even he was not her biggest worry... rather, what he represented. As she walked back to her quarters from the shopping distract with groceries in hand, Saber remained immersed in her worries. If Iskander had now been summoned... would it summon ones who had the potential to be even more dangerous?
