As Iris began to feel the cold, she started to wonder if she should return to that flat that Shibusen had given her. She rubbed her hands together for warmth and glanced around to retrace her route back to her flat. At least she had that communicator if she went the wrong way.
Right, she came from that way. The path behind that man in the blue coat who looked strangely familiar...

Wait, he was definitely familiar! The grey hair, the huge cravat, he looked very much like....

Iris gave a loud gasp of shock and disbelief. She may have had to adjust to the fact that she somehow had been transported to another world, but that last thing she expected was to run into someone she knew!

Was it really him? Iris could not believe it. She had to accustom to a great many things in the past few days - not only to the fact that she was now in another world but also to meeting various individuals who were also from other worlds, including a man who knew a fire demon and, well...Mickey Mouse?!

Despite all this, however, that did not mean that she expected to find someone else from her world, let alone someone she knew!

Edgeworth was brought by BREW as well? That would have made sense, to Iris, if she did not hear his next sentence.

Iris blinked. That was....certainly a lot to take in. She should not have believed it. However, Mr. Edgeworth did not look like he was the type to lie - well, not about something like that, anyway. He also probably found the idea extremely far-fetched when he came here...

Finally, she said, "This is...such a bizarre and confusing situation. It all still sounds like a silly dream, but I don't think that's the case anymore, otherwise I would have woken up by now."

"Um.....I don't really know...." Well, she had avoided the x-ray machines and the people using Soul Perception. As Iris was not keen on fighting at all, she did not bother finding out. The whole idea of looking inside someone's soul looked disturbing and invasive, anyway.
