Like many others from traditional families of his time, he had also been forbidden from listening to modern music, instead growing up with traditional koto and biwa. After moving to the Capital, he had found himself wanting to stop to listen whenever he passed by a restaurant or coffee house playing western bands, or when Narumi had turned on the radio; it had all been so very, very new.

That's why, after doing grocery shopping at the Holocaust Mall, Raidou lingers near a record store, thoughtful. Whatever they have here, in this age, is probably not what his family would have him listen to... But surely there is no harm?
