Description: Sohki took Genro out to play on Christmas day and returns to find a surprise from China.
China had been acting oddly throughout most of the day, but Sohki had just assumed that it was something to do about being flustered. The country was often like that whenever he was around, but there was something about this time that had him suspicious. He had told his Weapon before that he would take the dog out for a little run around, and he hadn't been surprised when China had refused the information to join them. Yet in the moments leading up to it, Sohki had sensed some level of anxiousness from the country. He had decided to give China the day off of him playing with the country though, and had eventually just called Genro to him before heading out.
Sohki had eventually forgotten about China's odd behaviour, and had simply focused on playing with his four-legged companion. The crisp air had been pleasant, and the pair had remained out for well over an hour before they began to head back to the apartment. Genro was walking proudly beside him as they made their way down the hallway. They were the only tenants on their floor, but that didn't bother the kirin in the slightest. He continued to hum merrily to himself until he caught the scent of something on the air.
Surprised, he actually opened his eyes to glance over towards the door leading to their apartment. There was no doubt to what he was smelling, but Sohki actually found himself surprised. China was cooking? The thought amused him greatly, but he wondered if his nostrils were deceiving him because when did China ever cook? Granted he could just be making a meal for himself, but the kirin couldn't help but notice the rather alluring scent on the air. There was something different about this time, and as he opened the door, he wondered just what was happening.
"China-kun~~~" Sohki cheerfully called out as Genro ran into the apartment to find their beloved country.
