Characters: China, Japan and possibly Liechtenstein. (Open to North and South Italy).
Location: Germany-Italy-Italy-Japan-Liechtenstein's room.
Rating: Probably a low G.
Time: After Germany's post, before Prussia's surgery.
Description: China's doing a favor and informing Japan of how not to stare at cute things all night long.
He could've done this over the communicator instead of making something like a housecall, but the former didn't seem right, and he didn't much want anyone else to hear of what the topic was (even if he did dislike Japan, there was a difference between humiliating himself along with the other Nation and not doing any of it), and he simply didn't trust the device to stay on that 'private' channel when in it.
So here he was- a few flights down the stairs, a turn around the corner, and the door was all that was between him and his... well, it wouldn't exactly fit to call it a mission, but it felt like one.
He couldn't imagine why Japan wouldn't have already done what he was going to suggest, but there was always a case where he might not've-- and China was feeling alright, this day, far better than other nights, where everything hung overhead- so he took a breath in and knocked thrice on the door, sat back on his heels and waited.
He'd've thought that Germany owed him for this, but it was a task he'd taken on himself (how distressing, in a way).
