Haru got a bottle of tequila, Jim got a bottle of Johnny Deadwalker Dread Label, Blair got a set of soaps and shower toiletries, Yosuke got some rock CDs from this world plus a condom in each one of them, and Envy's gift was wrapped with special care, a pair of gold and diamond earrings.

[Most of the things Envy had gotten Shin didn't need wrapping- but she did it anyway for the sake of the holiday. The only thing that really needed it was the ring she'd gotten for him after spotting it during a day at the shops. So she arrived with the less important things in a small gift bag, and the ring in a box that she kept in her hand. She knocked with her foot, her other hand holding a tray of cakes she'd managed to pick up that afternoon, and blew some of her hair out of her face.

Life here wasn't near as hectic as it had been back home, but 'normal' had never suited Envy well, and a drink or two (or several) to cope was just what she needed.]

[Shin opened the door, carrying a can of beer already. He opened the door and carefully grabbed the tray from her to free up her hands.]

Wow, Envy! You didn't need to bring anything! [He brought them over to the table for snacks, pushing some over to the side to make way.]
