Description: Stein and Phoenix begin training.
It'd been a long time since Stein had switched weapons. It was safer for everyone involved that he not, in this time of turmoil, but lately he'd been feeling... stable. Natural, even. Even without in the Madness-soaked Patchwork Lab, he felt just fine. Going away with Marie temporarily and then staying constantly at Spirit's side had worked wonders for him.
He wasn't worried. Nothing about this was out of the ordinary. It was likely he might lose it, if Phoniex did, but he had enough faith in his ability to keep himself under control not to try this. Besides, a new knife to play with, a new soul to know? That was too good to pass up.
He rolls out into the backyard, inspecting it with a raised eyebrow. Ash piles and burnt clothing everywhere. Damn you, Rhode Kamelot. He rolls to a side and ditches the chair, stretching and dropping his coat over it before lighting a cigarette.
Now he only needs Phoenix to begin.
