Yes, Takuto was wearing a coat, but he still began to shiver the moment he stepped outside the Casualty Community to wait for Chika. The air felt like it was freezing outside, and it was somewhat alarming to see all the frost that was still slowly melting in the shady areas around the building.
Perhaps they should stop by Deathbucks on their way to the mall. It would likely be more effective at keeping his hands warm than trying to flex them in his pockets repeatedly.
