Description: A brotherly reunion.
[Seimei had expected Ritsuka to arrive, from the very day that he appeared in this mysterious place himself. He didn't like how long it took to happen... it made it a little harder to anticipate when he would arrive. He had worried that he wouldn't be ready.
But he was. He had heard of Ritsuka's arrival, sent him a quick message telling him where to meet, and waited. He was ready for anything; he was ready to test Ritsuka a second time, if he already knew that Seimei was alive, and he was ready to lie, in case he did not. If people did not recall their experience here upon returning home, Seimei saw no reason to concern himself with testing Ritsuka before the appropriate time and place. The planned time and place.
All things considered, Seimei was rather... giddy, and excited to see Ritsuka again. Which probably came as a surprise to no one.]
