AROUND CASUALTY COMMUNAL [ OPEN TO ALL] daddyscythe August 14 2011, 05:13:14 UTC
And that was the end of the tour. The newcomers were free to wander off as they wanted to, now, and the guests looking in from the sides were free to step in to mingle, too.

[mingling, what is mingling? hiei would have been lurking from any available height, preferably vegetation, waiting for new people to drop in on, provided he knows them. someone who pays attention to detail might catch a flash of him here or there, but - who's looking for some 4'10" dude in a tree when they're in an entirely new city?]

[Kuwabara might, but he's still not really paying attention. He's trying to figure out how the communicator mirror thingy works.

It doesn't appear to be working for him and he's shaking it a bit angrily as he walks]

Oh come on! Work! What the hell's wrong with you!? [yes he's shouting at an inanimate device, shut up okay]

[oh.

oh. this is a voice he knows. the little demon creeps along until he's located just above kuwabara, hunched over as if he's about ready to spring down on him, much like a cat. except, you know, if a cat was just going to reach down and, well.

kick kuwabara in the head.

WELCOME TO DEATH CITY, APE FACE.]

HIEI!?

[okay bring it down to not-shattering-ear-drums-level, Kuwa. He rubs furiously at the place he was just kicked, glaring incredulously up at the demon]

What was that for!?

Why are you even here!?

[the fire demon, still crouched on his branch and looking like the cat who ate the cream, shrugs his shoulders.]
Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe just to be entertainment for those of us who need it. Though, if they're looking for strong fighters they picked the wrong person in bringing you here.

[JUST. MAKES A GRAB FOR HIEI'S LEGS >:C]

Shut up, I'm probably stronger then most of the people they brought in here! [i mean come on some of these kids are like. 9 or something]

You're so full of shit. [climbing higher just to troll him. hiei's as at home in a tree as an ape is, at times. except, well. he'll dip his foot down to swipe at the other again, still pretty fast and strong even without his demon abilities.]

Besides, big, strong guys don't just get kicked in the head.

[As the newcomers wander the Casualty Communal they'll hear a cacaphonic screeching sound echoing through the halls. Was it a new form of torture? Was it a monster?

No, it was just a young man dressed in bright colours playing the flute as he moved through the halls. For some reason, he had a cactus on his head.]

[Kiba had no intention on living in the building these people had set up, but investigating it wasn't a bad idea.

At least until his unsure hold on the entryway frame is quickly lost when an unholy noise hits his sensitive canine ears. It makes the squeal of the noble's ships sound like singing, and at once he jerks his hands to his ears, knees knocking and barely able to hold him in something close to upright. A whimpering half whine escapes his throat and he at once tries to go back outside- only failing due to still not knowing how to use his new human legs.]

[He stopped when he spotted Kiba fall.

He walked closer, and looked the person up and down. Hm...he didn't look like he was wounded. A headache maybe?

Ah...right, what did Soul Friend Number Two say was the polite response in tis situation...?]

Are you all right?

[Even though he obviously wasn't. Politeness certainly didn't make much sense, did it?]

[Usually he tries to be personable, but this is too much. He smiles a bit painfully.]

You could use some lessons... or to burn that flute.

Such a thing is not possible.

[...whether he's referring to the flute burning or the lessons is anyone's guess.]
