Description: Death City's in the middle of a very bad sandstorm. Lots of things happen.
Germany crouched in the middle of the Shibusen gym, which had been functioning as their training facilities thus far, poking at a large map he had spread out on the floor. On it he had marked the different districts that their teams needed to cover, as well as the different safe places they could retreat to.
"These are the places that we need to cover," he explained as he pointed at the Xs on the map, before pointing at the check marks. "And these are the places where we can take the lost and injured, or where we can retreat, ourselves. I have asked Shibusen to prepare some bandanas, coats and goggles for us, so please make sure that you wear them before heading out. They will protect you from the sand." Germany said please even while giving orders, but pity the fool who thought they were requests.
And then, at China's (wise) insistence: "There are also flasks and bottle water near the door. Make sure you each take one. The city has turned into a desert."
"Group yourselves properly as I have instructed before. Team leads, join the groups as you see fit and spread out."
