The thing about going to the Arctic Circle in the freezing cold was that he could get away with not saying anything. It left him fully able to continue to sulk and contemplate a few new revelations without anyone being any wiser ( ... )

Dante's silence was... surprising, actually, considering how vocal the other usually was. But then again, Date supposed this wasn't too much of a surprise - the cold was rather chilling. Energy spent talking was much more better used in keeping oneself warm instead. The warlord knew they should really just finish this as soon as possible.

Attempting to squint through his own breath (it was clouding up his vision), Date trudged through the snow and ice, trying to look for any sign of the kishin they needed to take out. Hopefully it wasn't that all hard to find, because things might be a lot more complicated then if it was.

Dante tugged his scarf further up and walked on. Although he knew how cold it was, he neglected to bring suitable footwear and he could feel the cold seeping in. He made sure they were just in arm's reach of each other, but otherwise attempted to keep his distance.

They really did need to find it soon before they became blocks of ice. Eyebrows furrowed Dante also tried to find anything monster shaped in the white landscape.

The wind howled, the only sound that broke through the strange silence that had settled between the two. With conditions as harsh as this, hardly any people lived here as it was - and now with this kishin lurking around, things had notably become a bit more diffcult. It was up to Date and Dante to get rid of the impending danger - that was if they could find it.

"Got any idea on how to track it?" Date asked over the winds, feeling his lips freezing from the ice. Nothing about this situation was working against them, a fact that irked the warlord much more than he would have liked.
