If you're approaching him after the entire meeting, he's at his desk, getting back to work.]

[Neji's been a bit out of sorts through the whole meeting- appearing agitated and unusually restless and wary, looking everything over with a grain of suspicious interest.

He's also been silently deliberating with himself over whether or not he should approach Roy, and by the end of the meeting, makes up his mind.]

Roy-san, I apologize for disturbing you, however.. He takes a sudden interest in the man's desk, fingertips alighting on the surface and working his jaw in an effort to force the words out] I can't... find Lain. [A flash of guilt shadows his expression, wincing as though it pains him to admit it]

Her things are still where she left them, but I've searched this entire city twice over already for her soul. She's not here.

[An uncertain pause, sucking in a breath and steeling himself] ..I had wondered if you heard anything about any disappearances or kidnappings from Shibusen. [And in either case, he'd never forgive himself]
