Characters: Saya and you~ Location: Streets of the Death City (doesn't matter much) Rating: G for now Time: 29th, afternoon Description: Saya's training.
The afternoon meant working for the pet store, meant walking the dogs, meant wandering around the city's streets to get the dogs their required distance per day. It kept him fit, too, and didn't strain his broken arm much, though he had to let go of walking two or four dogs at a time. This afternoon, he only had one German Shepherd with him.
He was allowing the dog to curiously sniff at a bench when he spotted a familiar teenager across the street. "Saya Takagi," he called out in his great, booming voice.
When someone called for her, Saya turned her head and her eyes met Germany walking a dog. She tilted her head and decided to approach him, her hand front for the dog so it could smell her before she dared to pet it "Germany-san. Good afternoon."
The German Shepherd was about as well-trained as Germany always made his dogs, which was almost militaristic. Some of the owners were complaining about that... The dog sniffed at her hand and sat down on its haunches with an openly curious expression on its face.
"Good afternoon. You are... exercising? This is Bob, one of the dogs serviced by the pet store."
Saya smiled a little at the dog and finally pet it’s head. “Hello Bob.” While she wasn’t exactly friendly to most people, she liked animals and she did have a dog before coming to Death City. Her eyes look at Germany after and she nodded after “Running. In morning practise I learn how to fight, but I have to train my running legs and endurance as well.”
Sendo was still letting his body rest. So unlike Saya, he couldn't train. Even if it was something as simple as going out for a run. It felt odd to sleep in as long as he did and skip his training routines, but he made a promise.
With the boredom brought on by his extra free time, Sendo found himself wandering the city more. He wasn't able to just sit still and do nothing. But as he wander the city, imagine his surprise when he spots Saya taking a break from her training to get some water.
"Now that's just unfair. You can train but I can't?"
Saya spotted Send and actually smirked when she noticed him not training. It’s not that she didn’t want him training as often as he did, but she would prefer if he rested plenty before he went back to push himself too hard. The fact that he wasn’t training yet meant that he was keeping his word and that did please her.
She approached her temporary Meister, chuckling lightly “I didn’t get my ass kicked.”
"Still. It's pretty unfair. And cruel too. Seeing you train makes me want to do it. I can't let my weapon get ahead of me." Not that that was a real worry. He's been training for years. And he really has never had a break from it.
"Are you finished for the day or do you still have some more running to do?"
Get ahead? Saya welcomed the idea but she knew perfectly well something like that would never happen, not even in a million years. She cleaned the sweat from her neck with the sleeve before answering “I’m done. I’ve been running for an hour and that makes an average 10 to13 km.” yes, she counted that sort of thing, that’s why she ran for one hour exactly.
