Description: As promised, Armstrong takes Lili around a tour of the Watch HQ so that she can make a judgement of the Watch herself. How successful will this venture be?
[As decided, Armstrong was waiting at the entrance of the Watch Headquarters at seven o' clock sharp. He's dressed in his usual attire, though he did make an effort to look fresher than normal. Might as well try to give Lili a good impression and all that in whatever ways he could. Of course, the final judgement is always up to her - but he'll see what he can do to leave a good impression anyway. As it was, she seems to have a pretty bad impression of the Watch already.
The night is cold, but Armstrong's experienced colder evenings before so the chill doesn't bother him much in the slightest. December and winter's already settling across this place, but its just a time of getting used to it. Besides, the cold isn't as worrisome as the ones out in Arizona battling. Truth be told Armstrong is worried - for the Colonel, for Masaru, for everybody - but he can only do his best and hope that nothing bad happens.
He's not exactly in the best shape himself too, having needed to take down Ryoki earlier in the morning with that stunt at the clinic - but well; he's survived Ishval, he can manage this.]
