DiDi looked at all the bags on the table and scattered around the kitchen. Maybe she had overdone it? Especially considering she knew that Hungary---or Magyar as she referred to her was going to be bringing things too. The two had met not so long ago when that search had been organized for the lost boy and country. It was such a shame that their hours looking had ended up fruitless. Her own spirits had been down, and she knew so had the others. She promised each a dinner, and Hungary was the first that she had invited but the other had wanted to help. DiDi was only all too happy to comply. It wasn't often that she had a cooking buddy.
That was why she was now in her apartment full of what almost looked like half the grocery store. Hmm. But no problem! If they ended up making too much, then they could just invite others!
