Description: Rinzler's decided that he feels up to exploring the city on his own today, before and after his meeting with Roy. Maybe it wasn't the best idea.
After attending morning training (and hadn't that been interesting) and showing off a little of his own skills, Rinzler decided to explore the city before his meeting with the User in charge of maintaining order. He had found that building first so that he could easily trace his way back to it on time and set about exploring the various districts. The shopping district was closest to his home, and so he went there first. Rinzler ignored the strange looks the Users gave him, paying them little heed. His attention was on figuring out which buildings he was allowed to enter and what they held.
There were many things he hadn't seen here before. Without anybody to show him what did what, he was becoming frustrated. Rinzler eventually stopped and leaned up against the side of a building. It might be worth it to go and find Yako or Rikku. The two Users were useful, and could likely help him make sense of all this. Then again, perhaps it would be easy to find a User here to help. Beneath his helmet, Rinzler's eyes were intent on the crowd, looking for anybody that might be useful.
