Characters: Sasuke (blindingrevenge) & Yuuri (a_r0yal_flush) Location: Chez KKM Rating: PG Time: Nov 3, afternoon? Description: so remember that time i went crazy and attacked you, yeah that was fun...
With everything that was going on, he didn't want to slack on his responsibilities here. Yuna was off and recovering with her broken arm, and he'd been doing his patrols throughout the day by himself. The last thing he wanted to do was to worry others, and he wanted his Meister to relax and recover without having to worry about anything.
Yuuri had quickly come home to pick something up, before he'd have to run back out to continue with his patrol. Heading towards his bedroom, the young Maou's quick movements slowed to a stop as he sighted Sasuke out on the balcony.
Blinking in surprise, he'd forgotten the fact that he needed to pick something up, as he padded his way over towards the door leading outside. "Is everything alright, Sasuke?"
Sasuke heard him before he'd even entered the apartment, but hadn't bothered turning to see who it was. He could tell the difference between Yuuri and Saralegui through just their footsteps at this point. Which was almost strange to him; this was the longest he'd lived with anyone since the passing of his family. He tossed half a glance over his shoulder at Yuuri.
"Forget something?" A half skirt around the question. He didn't really move from his resting place, though.
"Aa nothing too important, I just didn't bring enough money with me, is all," Yuuri muttered distractedly in return. The fact that Sasuke hadn't actually answered his question hadn't yet been noticed, but that didn't stop him from stepping out and joining the ninja on the balcony.
Moving to stand alongside the other boy, he asked, "What happened on Halloween isn't bothering you, is it?"
Now he was obviously avoiding eye contact, or looking at Yuuri whatsoever. Was it weak to say that it was bothering him? That it had been for the passed three days? Sasuke was aware that it wasn't really like him to worry, not really, that he'd made his decisions when he fought Naruto that first time and he left Konoha. But- things were different now.
Once more, he dodged the question.
"You were different on Halloween," He said. Not accusingly, just a statement.
