Fakir didn't know what all this nonsense was about. He'd never heard of the holiday, himself, but it seemed that more than half of the other residents of Death City knew all about it. People had been talking about Halloween for days, but all he could gather was that it had to do with costumes and candy. If there was a point beyond that, Fakir couldn't discern it.
He just didn't see what there was to get so worked up about. And he wasn't planning on participating in any of it, so it didn't matter.
