[Ran Fan came here after the Watch meeting. She's acquired many pastries, but for those that know this isn't the oddity. She almost appears to be...well, not as much in a bad mood as usual. This hasn't affected her socialization skills much, though. Minor warning there.
Regardless, she eats off in a corner by herself. Maybe it's fairly safe to bug her for once...?]
