It would depend, I suppose. For a country like myself, anyone under eighteen is considered a child, and we do not lack those at all here. The BREW is quite fond of underaged teenagers. [Here, have another one.]

Perhaps it is because you have the potential to do this city much good. Surprisingly, many of the children also have experience with war from their own worlds. [Hm.]

M-Maybe! ..That is rather sad to say though right? To have kids experienced in wars and to be caught in another one now..
